• Condition: item unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.
• Made‑to‑order items: custom / made‑to‑order purchases may be non‑returnable, except for manufacturing defects.
• Defects: KidsDelta covers all shipping/return costs after verification.
• Change of mind: customer pays the return shipping cost.
• Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• Sizing & Footwear: please try items indoors on a clean surface to keep them in sellable condition.
